2. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid and effective Takedown Notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, Wealthgif.com will:
1. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
2. Notify the alleged infringer that the material has been removed or access disabled.
3. Counter-Notification Procedures
If your content has been removed from Wealthgif.com as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent.
Your Counter-Notification must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any federal court in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, Wealthgif.com will promptly provide the person who submitted the original Takedown Notice with a copy of the Counter-Notification. Unless we receive notice that the original filer has filed a court action, we may replace or cease disabling access to the removed material within 10 to 14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Wealthgif.com reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
